These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and SoundSwift governing access to and use of the SoundSwift websites, applications, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, clicking accept, purchasing, or using any Service, you agree to these Terms and to the SoundSwift Privacy Policy and DMCA Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SoundSwift is a multi-app creative and operations platform. The Services include:
Features, plans, and availability may change. Some tools require a paid plan, credits, or role-based permission.
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for any workspace, room, campaign, event, or ticket you control.
AI-generated content from SwiftGen AI, Studio assistance, SwiftMedia suggestions, and any other SoundSwift AI system is provided as-is and as-available. Outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, similar to other users’ outputs, or unsuitable for a particular use. SoundSwift does not warrant that AI outputs are free of third-party rights, factually correct, or fit for commercial release. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and legally using any AI output before publishing, selling, registering, or claiming it. SoundSwift may change, rate-limit, or discontinue AI models and credits.
You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload or create, subject to the licenses you grant here and to any rights of others. Copyright complaints are handled under the SoundSwift DMCA Policy at www.soundswift.com/terms/dmca. Repeat infringers may be terminated across all apps.
You may stop using the Services at any time. SoundSwift may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay, or as required by law. Upon termination SoundSwift may delete or restrict user content, unused credits, rooms, campaigns, and tickets, except where data must be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Sections that by nature should survive, including licenses already exercised, disclaimers, indemnity, limitations, and dispute terms, survive termination.
The Services may interoperate with third parties, including AI audio providers, Arc / SoundSwift Videos, payment processors such as cards and wallets, and social media APIs used by SwiftMedia. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. SoundSwift is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, revoked tokens, or content decisions by those platforms.
SoundSwift collects and uses technical, account, and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Services, prevent fraud, personalize discovery, and measure campaigns and events. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You grant SoundSwift permission to use de-identified and aggregated analytics.
