Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to every SoundSwift website, application, and service, including SwiftGen AI, Studio, SwiftMedia, Aura, Tours and Events, Connect, the Band and Crew Layer, Aphelion, Arc, and SwiftTickets. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Digital Goods

Downloads, generated files, delivered stems or mixes, digital merch unlocks, and purchased videos or files are non-refundable unless the delivered file is materially defective and SoundSwift cannot provide a working replacement.

  • A change of mind, unused file, or dislike of creative output is not a defect.
  • If a file fails to play or download because of a confirmed platform error, SoundSwift will replace it or refund the item price.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are refundable only if you cancel and request a refund before the next renewal period begins, subject to the plan terms shown at checkout.

  • Partial periods are generally not prorated after a renewal has processed.
  • Cancel in account settings before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Tickets

Event tickets sold through Aphelion or SwiftTickets are refundable only if the event is canceled or officially rescheduled and the organizer or SoundSwift states that refunds apply.

  • Convenience, processing, and platform fees may be non-refundable even when face value is refunded.
  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets typically remain valid for the new date unless the organizer offers a refund window.
  • Event cancellations follow industry-standard promoter and venue practices. SoundSwift is not the event producer unless SoundSwift expressly says so.
  • Aphelion and SwiftTickets analytics and event-level reports do not change these refund rules.

AI Credits

AI credits for SwiftGen AI and related tools are non-refundable once used, consumed, or reserved by a generation job.

  • This includes failed jobs that produced billable compute, except where SoundSwift determines a platform defect occurred.
  • Unused credits generally remain on the account and are not cashed out.

Videos and Campaigns

Purchases, boosts, or paid features on Arc and SwiftMedia follow the same digital-goods and subscription rules. A published campaign or processed video encode is treated as a delivered digital service.

How to Request a Refund

Contact SoundSwift through www.soundswift.com/contact. Include the order or ticket ID, date, and reason. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account suspension.
