Community Guidelines
Effective September 19, 2026. Last updated September 19, 2026.
These Community Guidelines apply to every SoundSwift website, application, and service, including SwiftGen AI, Studio, SwiftMedia, Aura, Tours and Events, Connect, the Band and Crew Layer, Aphelion, Arc, and SwiftTickets. They work together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DMCA Policy.
Purpose
SoundSwift is a professional home for artists, managers, crews, buyers, and fans. These guidelines exist to keep the ecosystem safe, lawful, and usable so people can create, collaborate, promote, tour, and sell tickets without harassment, fraud, or abuse.
Respectful Behavior
Treat other users, staff, and audiences with basic professional respect across comments, messages, rooms, campaigns, events, and tickets.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, or degrade others.
- Do not use slurs or hate speech targeting protected characteristics.
- Do not impersonate artists, managers, venues, brands, or SoundSwift staff.
- Do not spam rooms, comments, campaigns, or events with repetitive or commercial junk.
- Disagreements about music, business, or shows must stay civil.
Content Rules
You are responsible for everything you upload, generate, publish, or share, including AI-generated works. Content must not:
- Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights.
- Exploit or sexualize minors in any form.
- Promote violence, terrorism, or real-world harm.
- Contain malware, scams, or deceptive claims about products, tickets, or AI output.
- Reveal other people’s private data, travel details, or unpublished business files without authorization.
This applies to uploaded music, stems, mixes, videos, images, SwiftGen AI outputs, Studio sessions, SwiftMedia creatives, Aura documents, tour posters, event flyers, Band and Crew files, Aphelion and SwiftTickets media, Connect recordings, and Arc videos.
You must verify that you have the rights to all uploaded or AI-generated content before you publish it.
Marketplace Conduct
Store, merch, download, and catalog listings must be accurate.
- Do not sell tracks, stems, merch, or licenses you do not control.
- Do not fake reviews, streams, or sales.
- Do not list counterfeit goods or mislabeled AI output as human-only work when the product requires disclosure.
- Honor the download, remix, and refund rules shown at checkout.

Arc videos, comments, Connect sessions, and SwiftMedia posts must follow these guidelines and the rules of any connected social network.
- Do not post non-consensual intimate imagery or hidden recordings.
- Do not use SwiftMedia or Arc to spam, scrape, or hijack connected accounts.
- Managers must confirm artist approval and cleared assets before scheduling or publishing a campaign in Aura or SwiftMedia.
- Connect hosts must tell participants if a session is recorded and must not share recordings outside the invited team without permission.
Safety and Security
- Do not attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass credits, paywalls, or role permissions.
- Do not share account passwords or raw social tokens.
- Do not impersonate SoundSwift staff.

Enforcement Levels
SoundSwift may act on reports, automated signals, or legal notices. Actions can include:
- A warning or required edit.
- Removal or disabling of content, rooms, campaigns, events, or listings.
- Temporary suspension of features or credits.
- Account termination across all SoundSwift apps, including for repeat copyright infringement.
- Referral to law enforcement when required.
Severity depends on harm, intent, history, and legal risk. SoundSwift does not monitor all user content in advance.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, contact SoundSwift through www.soundswift.com/contact and include the URL, date, and a short explanation. Copyright removals must use the DMCA counter-notification process at www.soundswift.com/terms/dmca. SoundSwift may decline appeals that omit facts or repeat the same violation.
