Respectful BehaviorUsers must not:- Harass, threaten, or abuse others- Post hateful, violent, or explicit content- Engage in bullying, intimidation, or targeted harassment- Share private information without consent3. Content RulesUsers must not upload:- Infringing or unauthorized content- Illegal or harmful material- Unlicensed samples, remixes, or derivative works- Videos containing copyrighted music or visuals without permission4. Marketplace ConductUsers selling music must:- Own all rights to their content- Provide accurate product information- Not manipulate sales or engagement metrics- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices5. Video and Social FeaturesUsers must not:- Upload harmful or illegal videos- Spam comments, posts, or messages- Impersonate others or create misleading profiles- Repost or redistribute content without permission6. Safety and SecurityUsers must not:- Attempt to bypass platform restrictions- Use bots, automation, or scraping tools- Upload malware or harmful code- Engage in activities that compromise platform integrity7. EnforcementSoundSwift may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access for violations of these Guidelines.8. AppealsUsers may request a review of enforcement actions. SoundSwift is not obligated to reverse decisions.
