It prepares actors and entertainers for action roles in film and theater where hand to hand combat is used to illustrate a dramatic and powerful force. This workshop prepares aspiring actors the basics of fighting for camera without the intensity of stunt training, while conditioning the body for basic falls, unarmed combat techniques, camera tricks, and physical dialogue training.
